Lead design and timely execution of clinical research plans and studies
Build relationships with KOLs, consortia, clinical site staff, and partners
Develop clinical project timelines and provide status updates to senior management
Drive contracting and budget approvals with centers and practices
Oversee staffing and resource planning for multiple studies
Ensure training, compliance with study requirements and regulations

🎯 Requirements

B.S. in relevant scientific field; advanced degree preferred
8+ years in clinical research, with 3-5 years in leadership
Experience managing staff and setting department objectives
Oncology experience is a plus; regulated in vitro diagnostics experience is a plus
Knowledge of applicable Regulations and GCPs governing clinical trials
Current GCP training
