Associate Director, Clinical Pharmacology/Senior Clinical Pharmacologist (Oncology)

📋 Description

• Accountable for Phase 1-4 studies design and clinical pharmacology strategy for projects.
• Execute strategy, lead teams and analyses; relate MoA and disease specifics to data.
• Author protocols, study reports, population PK and exposure–response analyses.
• Lead clinical pharmacology meetings; present to cross‑functional teams.
• Drive small teams to unify clinical pharmacology positions across teams.
• Publish scientific work and engage with KOLs/external stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD with 4+ years (or PharmD with 6+ years) in PK/PD, Pharmacometrics, or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to lead and interact with KOLs.
• Strategic thinking with enterprise view; strong leadership competencies.
• Senior track record in clinical pharmacology and relevant technical skills.
• Senior Leadership: deliver results, influence cross‑functional teams, accountability.
• Senior Clinical Pharmacologist path: strong scientific acumen and team collaboration.
