Associate Director Commercial Analytics (Immunology)

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic thought partner to Immunology leadership and cross-functional teams, framing
• Independently scope, design, and lead qualitative and quantitative primary market research
• Build strong partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, Medical, and other
• Synthesize disparate evidence into compelling market and performance narratives that explain what
• Define and evolve KPI frameworks and performance measurement approaches that connect commercial
• Produce regular reports, presentations, and executive summaries to communicate findings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial insights, market research, analytics
• Demonstrated hands-on experience independently leading primary market research, including both
• Ability to triangulate primary research, secondary analytics, competitive intelligence, and
• 2+ years working with pharmaceutical commercial datasets such as claims, DDD, and 867/852 data
• Proficiency with SQL and/or Python for data analysis and comfort accessing and interrogating data
