📋 Description

• Build and lead the 1st LoD commercial risk function.
• Define the commercial risk strategy and supportability frameworks.
• Interface between the commercial org, CRO, and risk teams.
• Combine strategy with deal support, portfolio monitoring, and incident mgmt.
• Role based in Singapore or San Francisco.

🎯 Requirements

• 10–12 years in risk management in financial services.
• 1st line/business-aligned roles interfacing with front-office.
• Deep expertise in two areas: credit/portfolio or payments/merchant risk.
• Proven track record designing 3LoD risk frameworks.
• Strong analytical data literacy; define KPIs and dashboards.
• Excellent communication; translate risk to senior stakeholders.
• Fintech high-growth experience (payments, FX, issuing).
• Familiar with KYC/AML, sanctions, card rules, data privacy.
• Experience designing early-warning indicators and stress testing.
