🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial learning and development, sales training, field
• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering pharma/biotech training.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, communication, and workshop management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects, vendors, budgets, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating across various departments.
