• Lead and mentor the Compliance team across lines of business.
• Design, implement, and improve the corporate compliance program.
• Monitor and interpret federal/state regulations to guide strategies.
• Lead investigations and oversee corrective action plans.
• Develop and manage company-wide compliance training.
• Deliver actionable compliance reports for leadership and regulators.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in healthcare compliance roles.
• 5+ years managing effective Compliance teams.
• 5+ years applying state/federal health insurance statutes and MA rules.
• Operational or internal audit experience.
• Enterprise risk management experience.
• HIPAA Security experience.
