Associate Director, Data Engineering

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines (SQL, Python, Databricks).
• Architect data models and infra for high data quality and accessibility.
• Partner with Data Science to deploy ML models in production using DataOps.
• Identify and implement internal process improvements, automating data delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and data sources.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data engineering or data infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Statistics, Applied Math, or related field.
• Hands-on ETL tools experience.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; clean, well-tested code.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and ELT.
• Orchestration frameworks and workflow automation experience.
• Data modeling, governance, lineage, observability, monitoring.
• Agile teams and cross-functional collaboration.
