Associate Director, Data Engineering

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, Databricks.
• Architect and optimize data models and infrastructure for quality and accessibility.
• Partner with Data Science to productionize models via DataOps.
• Automate manual data processes and improve data delivery for scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve data-driven business problems.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience designing and building scalable data pipelines on cloud platforms.
• ELT, data lakes/lakehouses, data warehouses, and metadata-driven frameworks.
• Software engineering practices to data: Git, PRs, modular code, CI/CD, IaC.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with clean, maintainable code.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with data modeling, governance, lineage, observability, and monitoring.
