• Develop, implement, and manage effective, audience-first strategies for individual donor
• Lead the development, evaluation, testing, and ongoing optimization of fundraising strategies for

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience developing and deploying direct-response fundraising strategies.
• Strong understanding of direct-response fundraising principles, practices, processes, and evolving
• Experience planning, managing, and delivering against budgets.
• Demonstrated experience managing and supervising multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to develop, manage, and implement multiple projects and strategic initiatives
