📋 Description

• Advise clients on complex accounting policy in all areas of US Generally Accepted Accounting
• Lead projects for clients that focus on operational accounting issues including streamlining
• Lead project teams in the transformation of finance and/or accounting functions to include
• Advise corporate accounting functions on financial reporting including SEC reporting, financial
• Assist clients with technical accounting issues and implementing new accounting policy, for
• Lead projects that support complex transactions through proven due diligence, post-closing balance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, Economics, Accounting, Law, or related field and
• 8 years of experience performing financial transformation or reporting for clients within highly
• 6 years of experience overseeing teams and communicating autonomously with clients and internal
• 5 years of experience in the preparation of Audited Financial Statements on International Financial
• 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (preparation of budgets, forecasts
• 3 years of experience in preparation and presentation of financial due diligence for investors and
