Direct teams for new product intro, commercial/clinical manufacturing
Accountable for MEP metrics and Perfect Index; lead Capital Plan and LRP
Lead Medical Device performance and site compliance programs
Drive cross-functional initiatives to optimize device manufacturing performance
Sit on Site Leadership Team; advise Manufacturing Site Director on strategy

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent; Masters preferred
10-15 years in Manufacturing and Engineering
Business acumen with functional leadership in complex manufacturing
Strong organizational and communication skills
