🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years in Leadership/Training & Development with emphasis on talent and leader
• Deep leadership development expertise; ability to design innovative learning experiences
• Proven ability to drive business performance and leadership development outcomes
• Strong business and financial acumen; executive communication and influence
• Experience evaluating and measuring learning solutions; global needs assessment; instructional
• Ability to translate priorities into leadership learning solutions; strong collaboration skills
