Oversee facilities, equipment maintenance and lifecycle program in a cGMP/ISO 13485 environment.
Lead 24/7 facilities support and coordinate with vendors/contractors.
Partner with site leadership on capital planning and site utilization.
Manage budgets and drive continuous improvement in facility operations.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, EH&S, and safety policies.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality and Tech teams on asset installation and qualification.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in facility/equipment maintenance in regulated environments.
Bachelor’s in engineering or related field.
Experience managing a facilities team and coordinating with external contractors.
Strong budgeting, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
CAD/Visio experience; proficient in qualification protocols and summary reports.
OSHA/HazWoper certification preferred.
