🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• At least six years of experience in field operations, launch execution, program delivery, or other
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate operational initiatives and translate strategic plans into
• Familiarity with launch readiness frameworks, cutover planning, hypercare support, structured issue
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with ability to identify dependencies, anticipate
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to align stakeholders
