Associate Director - Field Marketing

📋 Description

• Own the global field strategy and pipeline, building annual and quarterly plans across the US
• Build programs that move buyers forward: run conferences, executive dinners, roundtables, and
• Grow communities and executive relationships: own GRC Hub and Secure Circle, creating programming
• Lead the team and build repeatable systems: coach three regional field marketers, own hiring and
• Experiment and turn learning into action: test new markets, formats, gifting, and activations with

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years in B2B marketing, including 5+ in SaaS field or regional marketing and 3+ managing field
• Experience owning multi-region budgets and pipeline targets, demonstrating program ROI, and
• Experience running programs in at least two of the US, UK/Europe, Middle East, or India/APAC
• Strong partnerships with Sales, SDRs, and Partners; comfortable hosting senior executives
• Ability to move quickly through ambiguity, use evidence to prioritize, turn lessons into playbooks
• Additional perspective: experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or GRC; built a practitioner
