Associate Director, Field Medical

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop the Field Medical Advisor team, including goal setting, performance
• Redesign and periodically optimize Field Medical territories and coverage models based on business
• Establish consistent operating standards, metrics, and ways of working for field planning, account
• Oversee Medical Affairs support for live scientific exchange dinner programs, including scientific
• Oversee Medical Affairs conduct of proactive and reactive scientific exchange with healthcare
• Serve as the Medical Affairs point of contact for priority National Account customers and

🎯 Requirements

• PharmD, PhD, MD, or other relevant advanced clinical/scientific doctorate required
• MBA or formal leadership/business training preferred
• 8+ years of relevant Medical Affairs, field medical, or related biopharmaceutical experience.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, team
• Experience designing or optimizing field territories, coverage models, account segmentation, or
• Experience recruiting, selecting, onboarding, and developing field-based medical talent.
