Associate Director, Finance

📋 Description

• Lead the planning processes [Plan, LBE and LRP] and synthesize US portfolio story for Global and
• Ensure financial planning deliverables are accurate, clear, and concise for Executive level review
• Work closely with business partners to ensure adequate and appropriate resourcing levels. Drive
• Drive standardization and automation in existing PowerBI landscape, collaborating with Global CoE
• Work closely with brand finance partners to develop models that accurately incorporate market
• Management of all reporting activities including LBEs, PLN, LRP, Daily/Weekly Sales, Budgeting

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Ability to proactively search out and evaluate business problems and opportunities.
• Capability to direct efforts to achieve answers and results.
• Ability to solve business problems through proactive identification of issues and collection
• Demonstrated problem solving and analysis within AbbVie's financial policies (CFMs) and GAAP.
