Associate Director Forecasting US Oncology

📋 Description

• Lead the volume and sales forecast analytical process for the Multiple Myeloma (MM) franchise
• Develop accurate and timely projections of commercial product volumes for Plan, Update, LBE, LRP
• Establish forecasting methodology, tools, and cadence for new indications and assets
• Lead the month-end actual close process, including preparation of Price, Volume/Demand, and
• Prepare, create, and review sales reporting and key-metric forecasting packages
• Present monthly actual sales results and future-period volume forecasts to the Commercial VP and

🎯 Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of combined experience in analytics, forecasting, and/or financial planning and
• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics/Statistics, Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, identify key issues, opportunities, and
• Ability to use market research to discover and quantify financial impact
• Ability to triangulate a wide variety of data sets and analytics
• Ability to solve business problems through proactive identification of issues and data
