🎯 Requirements

6–10+ years deal lifecycle exp in pharma, consulting, banking, VC/PE
Exceptional analytical and quantitative ability; strong scientific, clinical, and financial judgement
Deep knowledge of global drug development and China's biopharma scene with a network
MD or PhD in Life Sciences required
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Based in Shanghai or willing to relocate
