📋 Description

• Deal sourcing: proactively identify, map and prioritise China-origin in-licensing, acquisition and
• Analytical evaluation: personally lead end-to-end evaluation; turn complex inputs into a clear
• Valuation & due diligence: lead analytical diligence across R&D, Medical Affairs
• Decision & deal support: produce decision-ready business cases that help lead to board level
• Relationship building: build senior relationships across biotech, investors, banks and advisors

🎯 Requirements

• Track record across the deal lifecycle (sourcing, evaluation, valuation, diligence) from
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative ability; strong scientific, clinical, commercial and
• Strong working knowledge of global drug development and commercialisation, as well as of the China
• MD or PhD in Life Science field required.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Based in Shanghai, or willing to relocate to Shanghai.
