🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare analytics or related roles.
• 6+ years in forecasting, analytics, or market insights.
• Proven experience developing long-range patient-based forecasts for oncology.
• Experience supporting pipeline strategy, portfolio decisions, and planning.
• Strong understanding of market research, competitive intelligence, and analytics methods.
