Associate Director, Global FP&A (COE)

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop four employees while setting priorities across the COE's four pillars.
• Define preparation, review, approval, and decision responsibilities across Commercial
• Align priorities and resolve issues with planning, forecasting, SG&A, business-unit FP&A
• Develop and drive adoption of standard procedures, planning guidance, reporting templates, mock
• Oversee SG&A, headcount, net sales, and related reporting guidance and deliverables across all
• Lead automation and AI initiatives using tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or financial controllership
• Strong financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a dynamic environment.
• Success standardizing finance processes across business units, regions, or functions.
