📋 Description

• Support Global Legal Strategies and Policy Program Manager project teams by developing program
• Collaborate effectively across functional areas within AbbVie to further GLSP resource objectives
• Lead project implementation for GLSP projects from ideation to completion through effective
• Support definition of clear objectives and strategies for each project and contribute to short- and
• Lead planning and executing workshops and team problem-solving events
• Position projects for seamless transition from GLSP to appropriate functional areas; serve as GLSP

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or equivalent degree required
• Minimum 6 years of experience in operations, project management, or program management
• Experience with or demonstrated interest in organizational effectiveness, team facilitation, or
• Hands-on experience with AI assistant legal technology platforms, or workflow automation tools
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical policy, market access, or affordability programs (e.g.
