📋 Description

• Serve as a commercial member on product teams, embedding the market needs into cross functional
• Drive innovative tactics and address untapped opportunities
• Lead brand planning, messaging and claims work
• Lead agile, cross-functional team to develop/launch innovative marketing campaigns that will
• Develop and track metrics to measure and ensure the success of marketing/promotional programs
• Lead commercial convention presence, including target meeting, booth design and production and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial biotech or pharmaceutical experience, with at least three years in Marketing
• Successful launch experience in a competitive market is preferred
• Rare disease experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to develop and action insights from complex clinical data and market research
• Understanding of the drug development process
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
