🎯 Requirements

Hands-on enterprise AI deployment: Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Foundry.
Strong solution architecture and API/data/security experience.
Translate ambiguous business needs into production-ready technical solutions.
Experience in HR tech or complex enterprise workflows.
Build-vs-buy judgement; vendor and solution-architect experience.
Guardrails for security, privacy, responsible AI, reliability.
