Associate Director, Innovation

📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end strategic innovation and execution on AbbVie’s highest priority commercial assets
• Areas span strategic planning, scenario evaluation, operational acceleration, and data-driven
• Support strategic initiatives addressing mission-critical questions and position AbbVie for future
• Lead modules within cross-functional initiatives; distill pragmatic recommendations for leadership.
• Monitor external trends and advise AbbVie on preparation or response.
• Communicate strategy across AbbVie.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent required; advanced degree highly preferred.
• 6+ years with Bachelor's, 4+ with Master's, or 2+ with Doctorate.
• Professional consulting experience in biotechnology/pharma highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to lead meetings with mid/senior management.
• Experience managing large projects in a complex pharmaceutical matrix; external consulting or
• Ability to engage senior leadership to drive strategic alignment and decision making.
