📋 Description

• Define Strategic Analytics Direction: Provide forward-looking insights that directly shape
• Play a leading role in the design and continuous evolution of Business Analytics function —
• Proactively identify new and innovative approaches that would improve our ability to answer

🎯 Requirements

• A demonstrated passion for data, analytics, and driving business transformation at enterprise scale
• 12+ years of progressive analytics experience, including 7+ years in the pharmaceutical industry
• Deep expertise across pharma data types (sales, promotional, real-world, patient-level data) with
• Deep knowledge of data and service vendors including IQVIA, Veeva, ZS, and comparable ecosystem
• Proven leadership in a complex, matrixed, global environment — driving cross-functional
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills — able to distill complex analytical findings
