Associate Director - Investments

📋 Description

• Underwrite acquisition opportunities, assess potential value, risks, and returns, prepare
• Evaluate incoming opportunities efficiently, identify transactions that do not meet investment
• Act as deal captain throughout the acquisition process, from initial founder discussions and
• Lead internal commercial due diligence, including market sizing, competitive analysis, customer and
• Build financial models from scratch, covering ARR bridges, customer cohorts, retention, unit
• Lead discussions with founders and their advisors on valuation, deal structure, and key contractual

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional experience with a strong track record in transactions, strategy
• Experience at a leading firm in Private Equity, Strategy Consulting (MBB or similar), Big Four
• Strong investor mindset with the ability to form independent investment views quickly.
• Hands-on experience with live transactions as deal lead or workstream leader.
• Excellent financial modeling and valuation skills, building models from scratch.
• Demonstrated commercial due diligence experience (market sizing, competitive positioning, customer
