Associate Director, IT Commercial and Medical Affairs Applications

📋 Description

• Coordinate the delivery and ongoing optimization of Commercial and Medical applications and
• Translate complex stakeholder needs into clear requirements, future-state processes, functional
• Apply functional and technical expertise to support the design, implementation, and optimization of
• Manage complex application initiatives and enhancements through scope, timelines, dependencies
• Partner with internal technical teams and external vendors to evaluate solution options and ensure
• Coordinate configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, release readiness, and operational

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in IT, business systems analysis, application delivery
• 5+ years of experience with CRM and omnichannel customer engagement platforms (e.g.
• Experience in Commercial, Marketing, and/or Medical Operations within Life Sciences is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex, cross-functional application implementations and
• Strong business analysis and solution design skills, including requirements, process flows
