Associate Director, IT R&D

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design, dev, and lifecycle mgmt of cross-functional apps; System Owner.
• Manage validation engineers and admins; partner with Quality Control, Analytical Dev, and R&D.
• Direct IT R&D lab systems and CSV process improvement; own lab modernization roadmap.
• Guide development, configuration, and implementation for lab systems; mentor IT staff.
• Manage rollouts and upgrades for lab systems; ensure audits, uptime.
• Develop metrics and monitor performance; ensure production support and CSV documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in computer science or related field.
• 10+ years in IT business applications/relationship mgmt in biotech/pharma.
• Extensive IT R&D lab systems, laboratory informatics, and CSV in regulated environments.
• Leadership in lab modernization, lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement.
• System integration, dashboards, analytics, and digital transformation in scientific environments.
• Budgeting, service management, and vendor coordination in enterprise IT settings.
