📋 Description

• Assist in creating holistic claims training and documentation strategy
• Deliver training with material creation, trainee feedback, and retention improvements
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and guidelines for healthcare claims
• Implement continuous improvement for claims documentation, training, and curriculums
• Measure training effectiveness and link to employee performance
• Build and lead a team delivering excellent customer care and satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in claims operations, learning and development, knowledge management, or technical writing
• 5+ years of people management and team leadership experience
• 6+ years collaborating with cross-functional leadership teams
• 3+ years interpreting or coding professional/institutional billing
• 3+ years analyzing and improving processes and workflows
