📋 Description

• Assist in creating holistic claims training and documentation strategy
• Deliver training strategy: material creation, trainee feedback, retention
• Develop SOPs, work instructions, and guidelines for claims processing
• Implement continuous improvement for claims docs, training, and refreshers
• Coordinate with stakeholders for accuracy of claims documentation and training
• Create metrics to measure training effectiveness and impact

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in claims operations, learning & development, knowledge management or related
• 5+ years of people management and team leadership
• 6+ years cross-functional leadership experience
• 3+ years experience with benefit and contract interpretation or coding in professional/institutional billing
• 3+ years experience analyzing and improving processes/workflows
