• Implement continuous improvement for Claims documentation and training
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy of docs and training materials
• Create metrics to measure training impact on employee performance

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in claims ops, learning or knowledge management
• 5+ years people management and project leadership
• 6+ years cross-functional leadership experience
• 3+ years benefit/contract interpretation in billing
