Associate Director, Market Access Data Strategy and Business Intelligence

📋 Description

• Lead team to build scalable data solutions for advanced analytics.
• Modernize BI to automate workflows, embed AI, and enable self-serve analytics.
• Develop data enablement plans and standardize Market Access data domains.
• Define business rules for key Market Access metrics (e.g., claims).
• Develop repeatable ETL processes for data ingestion and integration.
• Oversee data literacy programs and create inventories, catalogs, and ERDs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, Engineering, or Operations; master's a plus.
• 10-12 years of professional experience in analytics.
• 8-10 years in data analysis, management, delivery, BI; 1-2 years supervising.
• Hands-on ETL with SQL, Trino, Snowflake, and AWS.
• Experience with dimensional models, ETL workflows, and SQL.
• Pharma Market Access data experience; AI/LLMs familiarity; matrixed orgs.
