Associate Director, Medical Training & Medical Information

📋 Description

• Support the design and implementation of Medical Affairs learning and development strategies
• Develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) and other
• Partner with Medical Directors and Field Medical leadership to identify training needs based on
• Create, maintain, and update training materials and core scientific content, ensuring accuracy
• Support training and preparation for product launches, clinical data readouts, major medical
• Coordinate external training vendors, speakers, and subject-matter experts as needed, and support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare-related discipline.
• At least 6–8 years of relevant experience in Medical Training, Medical Communications, Field
• Experience supporting a commercial-stage pharmaceutical or biotechnology product is strongly
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining scientific and medical content for Field Medical
• Proven experience managing medical information inquiries and developing scientifically rigorous
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical product information, approved labeling, and the distinction
