• Design and execute national corporate and group sales strategies aligned with revenue
• Build, lead, develop, and retain a high-performing sales team, including recruiting for key

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with significant exposure to corporate, enterprise, or national
• Proven track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Demonstrated success acquiring, growing, and retaining national or enterprise corporate accounts.
• Strong experience establishing disciplined sales processes, forecasting methodologies, reporting
• Strong operational rigor and confidence using data and performance metrics to guide commercial
• Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, communication, and executive stakeholder management
