Associate Director - NetSuite Practice

📋 Description

• Lead the NetSuite practice, overseeing multiple implementations and transformations.
• Ensure delivery standards, governance, and best practices across engagements.
• Act as escalation point for complex delivery, technical, and client issues.
• Oversee delivery across Financials, O2C, P2P, reporting, and data migration.
• Serve as executive sponsor and trusted advisor for key NetSuite clients.
• Build, mentor, and scale NetSuite teams while supporting growth and GTM.

🎯 Requirements

• 10–14 years ERP/IT consulting experience.
• 7+ years hands-on NetSuite implementation experience.
• Proven experience leading full lifecycle, multi-entity NetSuite implementations.
• Strong client-facing leadership, program delivery, and governance.
• Experience with US- and Europe-based clients and distributed teams.
• NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant) preferred.
