📋 Description

• Own the Global Obligations Register and governance infra.
• Map mandates to internal compliance controls.
• Oversee the RFI knowledge base and audit register.
• Track issue lifecycles to verified closure.
• Partner with regional legal, compliance, audit, risk teams.
• Global mandate; role can be based in US or EMEA.

🎯 Requirements

• 10-12+ years in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, internal audit, or risk management in regulated finance.
• 3-5+ years managing a compliance inventory or GRC program in multi-jurisdictional environment.
• Proven track record mapping controls to international laws; supervising audit registers; managing RFI.
• High ownership, systematic problem-solving; strong drafting; cross-functional alignment of regional and central teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law/Public Policy/Risk Management/Business Administration.
• JD/LLM (or Master’s) in Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, or related field.
