📋 Description

• Lead, build, and develop the Electrical Engineering team responsible for NPI and Continuous

• Experience bringing high-volume hardware products through NPI, manufacturing ramp, and sustaining
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience partnering with engineering
• Proven ability to develop engineers, establish clear technical direction, and create effective
