Associate Director of Marketing

📋 Description

• Lead the day-to-day activities of a globally distributed marketing team spanning brand, creative
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand strategy, tone of voice, and visual identity across all
• Oversee social media strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
• Manage marketing initiatives across more than 60 online travel agency (OTA) platforms and
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with seasonal travel trends, new market
• Guide paid social, paid search, programmatic advertising, affiliate marketing, and attribution

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of marketing experience, including substantial experience in luxury hospitality
• Demonstrated experience developing, managing, or scaling premium brands, with a strong
• Hands-on expertise in social media strategy, content development, and creative marketing, with the
• Direct experience managing online travel agency channels, particularly platforms such as Airbnb and
• Familiarity with paid acquisition channels, search marketing, affiliate strategies, SEO, lifecycle
• Experience managing distributed teams, contractors, and agency partners across creative and growth
