• Lead and manage a pod of paid advertising team members
• Oversee team bandwidth, sentiment, and utilization
• Coach and develop team members to build skills and facilitate career progression
• Champion team culture and positive team member experience
• Ensure delivery of high-quality client work and maintain client relationships
• Conduct monthly health reviews with team members

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience
• 3+ years in agency setting
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing
• Significant campaign management experience in 3 or more of: Performance Max, Standard Shopping
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Meta ads direct response campaigns
• Additional platforms a plus: TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads
