📋 Description

• Lead and manage a pod of at least three paid advertising team members, overseeing workload
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular feedback, role-playing, skills training
• Build a positive and collaborative team culture, motivate individuals toward shared goals, and
• Oversee campaign strategy and delivery across the pod’s client portfolio, ensuring high-quality
• Manage a book of business, monitoring account performance, client sentiment, retention risks, and
• Serve as a senior account or client lead, guiding workflows, coordinating deliverables, and

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of digital marketing experience, including 3 or more years in an agency
• At least 4 years of hands-on Search Engine Marketing experience, including campaign development and
• Strong experience with bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development, and ongoing search
• Significant campaign management experience in at least three additional areas, such as Performance
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience managing direct-response Meta advertising campaigns.
• Experience with additional paid platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, or Pinterest is an advantage.
