Associate Director of Partner Experience

📋 Description

• Lead India-based eCommerce Managers across hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Own headcount planning and workload capacity.
• Build and maintain Partner Experience dashboards with data-driven insights.
• Design scalable operational processes, workflows, SOPs, and SLAs.
• Drive standardization across Europe and global teams for consistent execution.
• Identify and automate repetitive tasks using AI with Tech & Automation teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing and developing operational teams (incl. offshore).
• Proficiency with Asana, Jira, or similar; strong workflow design.
• Strong knowledge of SLA frameworks and escalation structures.
• Data-driven with experience building and interpreting dashboards and reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across global, cross-timezone teams.
• Self-directed leader who builds structure in ambiguous environments and drives alignment.
