• Own the Product Classification org, metrics, and accountability.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data analytics, data ops, or consulting; 4+ years leading teams of 10+.
• 2+ years with SQL, Python, PySpark; familiarity with GitHub and Databricks.
• Operational excellence mindset; scalable systems, metrics, processes.
• Proven track record hiring, training, and developing leaders.
• Comfort with ambiguity; able to build from scratch.
• Strong communication and ownership; translate complex concepts.
