📋 Description

Own program delivery for a portfolio of Koddi Ads publishers.
Lead and develop a team of Program Analysts.
Serve as senior escalation point for complex client situations.
Build scalable processes for delivery quality and consistency.
Partner with sales and cross-functional teams on upsell, QBRs, renewals.
Analyze campaign data to surface trends and inform strategy.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in program management, account management, or performance advertising.
Proven success leading and developing IC teams.
Strong operational instincts; scalable delivery processes.
Solid understanding of campaign lifecycle and ad operations.
Ability to translate performance trends into client narratives.
Experience supporting upsells, renewals, and QBRs with clients.
