• Built workflow infrastructure from scratch.
• Understanding of scoping, budgets, and staffing models.
• PM proficiency; Smartsheet and Airtable preferred.
• Interest/experience in AI tools and marketing automation.
• Strong communication to lead high-stakes meetings.
