📋 Description

• Lead full-lifecycle campaign program management from inception to delivery.
• Manage creative reviews and approvals with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as primary POC for workstream owners and stakeholders.
• Align timelines with marketing milestones and critical gates.
• Architect workflows and drive tooling automation to scale.
• Oversee agency staffing and partner performance within workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Marketing and Program Management
• Proven track record building workflow infrastructure
• Experience with scoping, budgets, and staffing models
• Proficiency with PM tools like Smartsheet and Airtable
• Interest or experience in AI tools and automation
• Strong communication and stakeholder leadership skills
