Associate Director of TikTok Shop

📋 Description

• Directly manage, mentor, and scale a team of TikTok Shop Account Managers
• Maintain high-level strategic oversight and direct relationship ownership for a curated portfolio
• Drive GMV growth and high-impact account strategies across team's book of business
• Act as a senior escalation point for client partners and present high-level business reviews
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Creator Operations, and Marketplace teams
• Serve as internal subject matter expert on TikTok Shop features, algorithm shifts, and social

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital agency environments
• At least 1-2+ years in direct team management or supervisory role
• Proven track record of managing and scaling brand growth on TikTok Shop
• Deep knowledge of TikTok affiliate ecosystems, creator alignment, and shop operations
• Strong leadership capability with passion for coaching and building scalable processes
• Advanced analytical mindset
