📋 Description

• Partner closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to drive omnichannel and customer
• Serve as strategic hub between enterprise Omnichannel/CX team and brand marketing teams
• Lead agency management including relationship, scope, budget, performance
• Act as strategic advisor for omnichannel and digital efforts (SEO/SEM, social, websites, email
• Develop and maintain omnichannel strategy roadmaps
• Collaborate with Digital Analytics team to translate customer data into actionable insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 8 years multi/omnichannel pharma marketing experience with emphasis on digital
• Recent experience at startup/emerging life science organizations; focus on rare/orphan diseases
• Proven background in designing and delivering high-impact digital/customer experience programs
• Deep understanding of core digital tactics, technology, data (websites, UX, SEO/SEM, media, social
• Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals and ability to align strategy to tactical campaign design
