📋 Description

• Partner closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to drive omnichannel and customer
• Serve as the strategic hub connecting the enterprise Omnichannel/CX team and brand marketing teams
• Lead agency management and coordination, including relationship, scope, budget, and performance
• Partner with marketing teams to understand their business and act as a strategic advisor for all
• Develop and maintain omnichannel strategy roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 8 years multi/omnichannel pharma marketing experience with an emphasis on digital
• Experienced in making quantitatively oriented recommendations to solve business problems, based on
• Passion for data and analytics with ability to socialize key insights through persuasive
• Recent experience at, or supporting, startup/emerging life science organizations; focus on
• Proven background in consistently designing and delivering high-impact digital/customer experience
